Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ZAMIN ELEKTRO DETAIL STROY MCHJ (brand ZAMIN POWER, "we", "us") collects and uses information when people interact with our Instagram account @zaminpower_uz, our website zaminpower.uz and our Telegram bot @zaminpower_sales_bot.

1. Information we receive

When you comment on a post or reel of @zaminpower_uz, or send us a message in Instagram Direct, we receive from Instagram (Meta Platforms):

• your Instagram username and Instagram-scoped user ID;
• the text and time of your comment, and the ID of the post you commented on;
• the content of messages you send to us in Direct, including taps on buttons in our messages.

We do not receive your password, phone number, email or any other private data from Instagram.

2. How we use it

• to post a short public reply under your comment;
• to send you one private message in Direct with a link to our Telegram bot @zaminpower_sales_bot, where you can calculate the price of our products;
• to avoid sending you duplicate messages;
• to detect and fix technical errors in this automation.

We only message people who commented on our posts or wrote to us first. We do not send unsolicited or bulk messages, and we do not use this data for advertising profiles.

3. Storage and retention

The data is processed by our own automation server. Technical logs (username, user ID, comment ID, time and result of the reply) are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted. Message history in Instagram Direct is stored by Instagram under Meta's own privacy policy.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties. Data is exchanged only with Meta Platforms (through the official Instagram API) and Telegram (only if you open our bot yourself).

5. Your rights and data deletion

You can ask us to delete all data we hold about you at any time. See Data Deletion Instructions. You can also remove our access by deleting your comments or the conversation in Instagram.
